I have used many realtors before and after Jodie Southern but none have had the skills and personality of Jodie. Jodie is a very hard working and dedicated Realtor that is responsive, easy to communicate with, detail oriented, and has a great personality. I was being transferred by my employer for the second time in my career, so I know what to expect and anticipate. I chose a Relocation Specialist Realtor after interviewing from an approved list provided me by my employer. The realtor I chose did not seem to help me find a home that fit our requirements or budget. We were shown many properties but just didn’t find a property that met all our needs. We were never given any alternate ideas of locations that might better fit our requirements.During this same time I was searching for a home my parents could also relocate to, on my own, without the help of a realtor. The needs for my parents were very different from what I thought I needed. Jodie Southern was the listing agent for the new home community that my parents fell in love with. Jodie was so good to work with my elderly parents at every detail of construction and selfishly helped them decide what they needed and didn’t need. The process was seamless for my parents.My wife and I decided since we could not find anything with our realtor we would purchase the lot next to my parents and build as well. Once this decision was made our buyers relocation Realtor basically dropped out of the process, although getting her half the commission on our purchase.Jodie was very professional and took control of the situation and provided excellent help and guidance throughout the entire process of construction, all the way to us taking possession. I was in the Electrical Distribution field and had many requests that were outside the builders comfort zone. Jodie found a way to make the Builder comfortable and get me what I wanted as well.I would highly recommend Jodie Southern for anyone needing the services of a Realtor. I am confident she will give her undivided attention throughout the process in finding the perfect home.
