She has earned numerous awards based on sales performance but says she prefers to earn referrals from satisfied clients. “My clients place an enormous amount of trust in me. I treat them like family and work hard every day to exceed their expectations”, says Jodie. She utilizes technology to make buying and selling easier on everyone. Offering custom client portals on her website, email alerts, texts and electronic signatures, Jodie has implemented systems to keep everyone on track, save time and add an extra level of convenience for clients.
Jodie takes the real estate business very seriously, but believes that building, buying and selling homes is a fun and exciting opportunity for her clients. “I want my clients to enjoy the experience and not stress every detail. On a personal note, Jodie is happily married to her husband, Denny Southern. They have three cool sons and are now collecting super cool grand children and grand pets. They spend their free time enjoying the sun and water via the beach, boating or just swimming in their pool. They love to travel and golf and do all kinds of adventurous things like parachuting off mountain tops and crashing weddings when out of the country.
